The New Employee tells the sweet and dizzying office romance of Jong Chan, the workaholic department head, and Seung Hyun, a cute new employee. The series is based on the web novel of the same name that ranked first during its release in 2016, and even after that, it constantly put its name on the best-selling list. The drama stars two rookies ŌĆō A Good Supper actor Kwon Hyuk and Kiss Goblin actor Moon Ji Yong. Kwon Hyuk plays Jong Chan, a perfectionist and a workaholic who has it all, while Moon Ji Yong turns into Seung Hyun, a lovely new employee who falls in love with Jong Chan at first sight. Watcha unveiled the heart-fluttering main poster and main trailer on the 30th, along with the news of the showŌĆÖs release next month. The trailer begins as Seung Hyun introduces himself on the first day of work at the AR Planning department. However, his excitement turns to sorrow when he worries that his boss Jong Chan, a famous perfectionist, doesnŌĆÖt like him. But the misunderstanding didnŌĆÖt last for long, as the two were seen growing on each other rather quickly, raising expectations.
